2. What data we collect
Depending on how you interact with the site, we may process:
- Contact and identification data: first name, surname, email address and telephone number, which you provide through the contact forms, the quote request, the order checkout or the B2B Reserved Area access request.
- Content you upload: photographs and images you send for the personalisation of the photo ceramics, together with names, dates and notes intended for engraving or graphic work.
- Order data: products chosen, size, customisations and related correspondence.
- Technical and browsing data: data automatically collected by our systems (e.g. server logs, IP address) and information stored locally in your browser so that the site can work (see Cookie Policy).
3. Purposes and legal bases of processing
- Managing orders, quotes and production (name, contact details, photos and customisations) — legal basis: performance of a contract or of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Responding to information and support requests — legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures and/or legitimate interest in replying to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR).
- Legal obligations (e.g. tax and accounting obligations) — legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Technical operation of the site (cart, preferences) — legal basis: legitimate interest in providing a working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, for non-necessary tools, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
4. Photographs and images uploaded
The images you upload are used solely to produce the requested item (e.g. the proof and the photo ceramic) and for no other purpose. Please only upload images you have the right to use. Proofs are submitted for your approval before production; files are retained for as long as necessary to complete the order and any subsequent obligations.
5. Processing methods and retention
Data is processed using electronic and/or paper means, applying security measures appropriate to prevent unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. Data is retained only for as long as strictly necessary for the stated purposes: order data and related documents for the period required by tax and civil law obligations; contact data for as long as needed to handle your request.
6. Data recipients
Data may be processed by authorised personnel and disclosed to third parties carrying out activities on our behalf as data processors, including:
- our hosting and email provider (Hostinger), for running the website and email;
- any collaborators involved in graphic work and production;
- professionals and advisers (e.g. our accountant) and authorities, where required by law.
Data is not disseminated or transferred to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
7. Transfers of data to third countries
The website's typefaces are hosted directly on our own servers (self-hosted fonts): loading them does not involve any transfer of data to Google or any other external party. Our hosting and email providers process data on infrastructure offering adequate safeguards; where a provider involves a transfer outside the European Economic Area, such transfer takes place in compliance with the safeguards set out in Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).

As a data subject you have the right to: access your data; request its rectification, erasure or restriction; object to processing; request portability; withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand). If you believe that the processing of your data infringes the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) (www.garanteprivacy.it).
